We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the wonderful service we received when we made enquires and subsequently purchased our Plasma Screen and Bose sound system. From our initial enquiry to the installation and follow up service to ensure we understood our system and how to get maximum benefit from its main features. We are constantly amazed at the versatility and compactness of the units and we are still learning and finding out more about our system and its functions.

We were very impressed with the installation crew who were extremely helpful and well organised. The manner in which they approached their task was professional, careful and efficient even to the clean up and helpful advice afterwards.

Our family and friends cannot believe the quality of sound coming from our indoor system and are completely blown away with the sound from our “mushroom” speakers (Bose FS51) in the garden. We now spend many happy hours dining alfresco particularly on Sunday mornings for leisurely breakfast and at other times for a BBQ listening to our music and enjoying the company of family and friends. This outdoor area gives us great pleasure and we think of you as we enjoy. We cannot thank you enough for introducing us to this concept. We believe we now have the best sound system in Keilor Downs, maybe except for one other household.

It is a rare occasion where I have given formal recognition to a company for services that have been outstanding. Having built a home with a theatre room I began a process of researching equipment to suit my family needs. This quickly became a daunting and cumbersome process as the more research I did the more confusing the process became.

Hi Peter and John,

First of all we would like to thank you for your patience, courtesy and professionalism you guys have shown us in selecting the right projector, perfect screen and the magnificent sound system was exemplary. Needless to say you are very competitively priced. You were upfront with the delay in getting the Sony VPL-VW260ES Projector and placed the order straight away to avoid any further delay. John has always kept us updated on delivery. Even though the dedicated theatre room was pre-wired by the builder electricians, John has sensed the complications in advance due to his in-depth knowledge and experience.

We have to specially mention your installation team “Tom and Party” as they were very punctual and very courteous in their manners. They have spend time to locate the pre-wired cables left by the electricians left in the ceiling cavity, cut the ceiling plaster and wall plaster neatly to bring down the cable as the house was a double storey building. They have done a very neat job and spend time with us to go through the setup and fine tuning. Hats off to Tom and Team and we are very happy to recommend Watergardens Big Picture People and their Installers. They show true professionalism and take pride in what they are doing.
